PUBLIC NOTICE

RECEIPT OF A BALLOT TITLE: AUTHORIZING ALL TERRAIN VEHICLE (ATV) ACCESS CITYWIDE

Notice is hereby given that a ballot title has been received by the City of Lakeside Elections Official from the Mayor and City Council for a referral to be placed on the November 3, 2020 election ballot for the approval or denial authorizing all terrain vehicle (ATV) access citywide.  Any registered voter who is dissatisfied with the ballot measure title may file a petition with the Coos County Circuit Court for review of the ballot title.  The deadline for filing such a petition is July 24, 2020.  Notice of such petition must also be provided to the City of Lakeside City Manager no later than 5:00 P.M. on the 1st business day after the petition is filed with the Circuit Court.

RECEIPT OF A BALLOT TITLE: CONTINUATION OF ORDINANCE 20-293 AUTHORIZING AN ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE (ATV) ACCESS ROUTE

Notice is hereby given that a ballot title has been received by the City of Lakeside Elections Official from the Mayor and City Council for a referral to be placed on the November 3, 2020 election ballot for the continuation of Ordinance 20-293 authorizing an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) access route.  Any registered voter who is dissatisfied with the ballot measure title may file a petition with the Coos County Circuit Court for review of the ballot title.  The deadline for filing such a petition is July 24, 2020.  Notice of such petition must also be provided to the City of Lakeside City Manager no later than 5:00 P.M. on the 1st business day after the petition is filed with the Circuit Court.
