1. Citizens Comments – Visitor Comments are the opportunity for the community to present information or speak on any issue. Comments are limited to three minutes for each person. The Mayor may reduce the time limit per speaker depending on the number of speakers. Online participants will be on mute with the exception of the allotted three minutes. Visitors may state their comments and should not expect the Council to engage in back-and-forth dialogue regarding the comments.

1. Consent Agenda: Routine items of business that require a vote but are not expected to require a discussion by the Council are placed on the Consent Calendar and voted upon as one item. In the event a Councilor requests an item be discussed, it will be removed from the Consent Calendar and placed under General Business.
