In accordance with HB2560, the City of Lakeside, to the extent reasonably possible, will make all meetings accessible remotely via Zoom and provide the opportunity for citizens to submit oral testimony during the meeting and written testimony by emailing cityhall@cityoflakeside.org by 4:00 p.m. on the day of each regularly scheduled council meeting.

City Council will meet in executive session to interview potential candidates for the City Manager/Recorder position. Any decision regarding hiring will be made in a public meeting. 4. Executive Session: ORS 192.660 (2)(a): To consider employment of a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent. This executive session will be held pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(a), which permits the council to meet in executive session to consider the employment of a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent. Representatives of the news media and designated staff will be permitted to attend the executive session. All other persons will not be permitted to attend the executive session. Representatives of the news media are specifically directed not to report on any of the deliberations during the executive session, except to state the general subject of the session as announced. No decision will be made during the executive session.

5. Decision to hire a City Manager/Recorder and have the City Attorney work on a contract for Council approval.
