1. Tourism: Create a tourism strategy with community partners to guide investments.

1. Code Enforcement: Establish a Municipal Court to fully implement code enforcement program.
    
2. Tourism: Investigate acquisition of US Forest Service property inside city limits.
    
3. Housing: Conduct a Buildable Lands Inventory to help address a housing shortage.
    
4. Engagement: Create a Communications Strategy to guide external outreach to the community.
    
5. Downtown: Research funding opportunities for sidewalks on N Lake Road. (8^th to 15^th St)
    
6. Capital Project Investments | Complete existing grant funded capital projects:
   1. 8^th St/Railroad (ODOT SCA Grant)
   2. Airport Fencing (Oregon Dept of Aviation Grant)
   3. Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase 1 (AARP Grant)
