CITY OF LAKESIDE BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

There will be a meeting of the City of Lakeside Budget Committee on Tuesday March 26, 2024 at 6PM in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 915 N. Lake Road, Lakeside, OR. This will be a pre-budget meeting as the 2024-2025 proposed budget will be presented May 1, 2024. 

1. Roll call: We need 8 members present to have a quorum to meet.
2. Review of Allowable Pre-Meeting Topics: Handout

4. Review of current budget:
5. Finance Update: Presentation by City Manager
6. Finance Trends: Presentation by City Manager
7. Review of Budget Process: Training Handout

9. Adjournment

Since we only have 10 members of our 14-member committee currently appointed or elected, we will need 8 of the 10 present in order to meet or there will be no quorum and no meeting.
