Notice of Open Position on Lakeside Planning Commission
The Lakeside Planning Commission has two positions to fill, arising from expiration of terms for current Commissioners, all of whom are eligible to apply for a second term. The openings are all for four-year terms that will expire 12/31/2027.
The Planning Commission holds one regularly scheduled meeting with the possibility of one additional workshop per month at Lakeside City Hall. The regular Planning Commission Meeting, on the first Thursday of each month, at 6:00 p.m. and a Planning Workshop as scheduled, also at 6:00 p.m., on the third Thursday of the month.
Persons interested in being considered for the vacancy must reside in the City of Lakeside, within city limits. An application may be downloaded from the city website at cityoflakeside.org or you may pick one up at the city hall located at 915 N. Lake Road. You can return the application to City Hall in person, by mail to P.O. Box L. Lakeside, OR 97449, or email it to manager@cityoflakeside.org .
Interested persons who will be applying for the Planning Commission are encouraged to observe a Planning Meeting via Zoom. Agendas will be posted with the log-in information for the Zoom meeting.
