CITY OF LAKESIDE

RESOLUTION 2022-04

 

 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SPECIFIC FEES AND CHARGES BY THE CITY OF LAKESIDE FOR FY22-23.

This resolution supersedes the following fee schedule Resolution 2020-21.

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 153 establishes the authority of the City of Lakeside to establish fees and define such fees by resolution, and

WHEREAS, the City of Lakeside completed an annual review of the current fees and 

WHEREAS, the City of Lakeside’s Fee Resolution was evaluated during the budget preparation for opportunities to pay for services rendered, and

WHEREAS, the City of Lakeside has determined that these fees are reasonable in terms of comparability to the actual cost of providing the oversight and enforcement of the item being regulated.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Lakeside ordains as follows, the adoption of the following fee schedule Attachment A:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the attached fee schedule will become effective July 1, 2022

PASSED AND ADOPTED by City Council of Lakeside at their meeting on the 16th day of June by a vote of ___________. (Please see attached for signatures)
